Time & material

Time & Material works for complex projects that have uncertainty regarding the final scope. Time and requirements are usually extended by the client based on upcoming needs. Every team resource is agreed on an hourly rate fee and clients have transparency regarding team effort and estimated cost per month in advance.

Fixed-price

Fixed Price is ideal for developing projects where the scope is well defined. In this model, there is a deep initial survey of requirements, helping us estimate a fixed priced for the determined scope. Lumston guarantees the project deliverable promptly without exceeding the budget.

Monthly budget

Dedicated Team model works for internal projects which are well defined, and our client needs to grow their technological or strategy team, quickly and for a certain period. This model is ideal when you want your internal team to acquire specific knowledge quickly and you only need a temporary team.

Sprint billing

An agile methodology applied to administrative areas. You only pay what you receive, meaning that payments usually come on-time schedule agreements based on sprint reviews and specific deliverables. Ideal for complex projects; payments are agreed upon deliverables and both parties are satisfied with the progress of the project.
