Open and collaborative spaces have become more common than we imagine. Although this facilitates collaborative work, the administration of spaces becomes complicated, especially in large communities. Tec de Monterrey sought to provide a mobile solution for reservations, consulting availabilities and share reservations with friends.
Adding filters to every type of space and handling timetables regarding multiple spaces were part of the challenge due to a vast majority of unique spaces. UX/UI had an enormous impact on how to integrate different resources into one same database, capable of adding filters allowing the user to find the right place and enhancing its experience.
