Intelligent voice assistants facilitate both automation and user information processes. Additionally, they have become a simple way to be available to users at all times. The Tec looked for ways to take advantage of the trend and create a communication channel with students in which they could offer information regarding careers, curricula, among others.
Being a relatively new technology and with exponential growth, improvements in user experience and voice recognition, are constantly changing and it was something to take into consideration during development to generate iterations that will improve the communication channel according to the results obtained. It is a public skill in Alexa Market and it continues to grow every day.
The project was impressively useful and straightforward! Alexa was set up to answer questions from parents and students about the programs in the admissions area.
