Its well known that people is the most valuable asset a successful company has. Consequently, Casa Tradicion focused on creating a wide platform that enhanced employees’ experience in the company. We developed a communication tool between areas, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. Later, we continued to build human resources features regarding time and attendance management, KPIs and OKRs tracking, business intelligence dashboards and many other features regarding staff training and development.
Collecting and integrating data from external systems regarding data bases and day offs. Once we collected everything needed, we had to work specifically with UX/UI due to complexity on how to interact with employees, considering that they could perform +100 actions in the system. Finally, handling the “GO LIVE” of the project including trainings and platform adoption was a whole journey.
