Organon, a company focused on improving healthcare in Latin America and low-income countries, partnered with Lumston to develop a chatbot to address the unaddressed need for information on unplanned pregnancies. The goal was to provide a solution for individuals to have free, accessible conversations and knowledge on the topic.
The chatbot is looking to impact society by providing a platform for individuals to access information and support confidentially and anonymously. By having closer contact with customers, Organon can better understand pain points and questions, allowing for more effective communication and problem-solving.
One of the challenges faced during the project was to properly know how to address the questions and concerns of individuals through both the chatbot and external communications. To overcome this, Organon and Lumston worked closely together to ensure that the chatbot could provide accurate and relevant information in a casual tone and interactive interface.
In the end, a mobile app and web-based chatbot were developed and made available on Organon's website. Also, we created a web admin platform to allow administrators to review and manage the information provided by the chatbot.
